Hello Goodie Plate readers!
It has been a very long break since my last post. 3 years, 5 months and 13 days to be exact. In that time, I have been expanding my knowledge about food, redefining the comfort I associated with it on this blog and making the real connection between food, our bodies and the earth. All the recipes on this site have been thoughtfully crafted, happily baked and quickly devoured. The Goodie Plate only came to a halt to grow into something bigger and better.
